Rooted

Strong foundations and expansive flow in a mat-based, grounded class.

Rooted leaves you feeling like you’ve had both a workout and reset — strong in your body, steady in your mind, free in your spirit. A return to center. This mat-based flow blends the intelligence & precision of Pilates, the strength and shaping of barre, the length of yoga, and the creativity of dance, carried by music that moves you.

Every sequence is designed with intentional, alignment-based choreography and music that raises your frequency— helping you clear stagnant energy, tune out the noise, and drop inward. Expect to sweat, stretch, and soften — and walk away with strength, clarity, and ease that lasts beyond the mat.

Rise

Cardio, but better.

Rise is the sweatier, more playful sister to Rooted. It layers in energizing cardio bursts and plyometric sequences to boost circulation, encourage detoxification and move energy.

Every class is sequenced with thoughtful, yet science-backed movement, and is carried by music you want to move to. Each beat and repetition clears the static, lifts your mood, and reminds you that movement can feel like joy. Alignment keeps it safe, the playlist keeps it alive, and unlike most cardio classes, you leave lighter, stronger, and more radiant.

Yoga with Laurie is more than postures — it’s an energetic reset disguised as flow. Rooted in Vinyasa and Hatha, each class blends safe alignment, intentional sequencing, transitions you can trust, and a playlist that shapes the flow. Breath and meditation guide you inward, while quiet insights land where they’re needed. You’ll step away more clear, connected, and aligned.
