While meditation isn’t new — it’s actually thousands of years old — we no longer need to move to the Himalayas and sit upright for hours to benefit from this practice. Laurie shines a light on this ancient modality in a modern, approachable way, helping busy people (like you!) boost physical and mental health, manage or release stress, calm over-active minds and improve productivity, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
