While meditation isn’t new — it’s actually thousands of years old — we no longer need to move to the Himalayas and sit upright for hours to benefit from this practice. Group Meditations

Laurie is a longtime wellness teacher (2010) and has a gift for bringing this more ‘woo’ practice to modern people in an approachable, enjoyable way. While originally designed for monks and yogis, it’s no longer necessary that we move to the Himalayas or a monastery to reap the benefits of meditation.

Laurie’s teaching style is to take the best of this ancient practice and apply it to today’s world so that you, too, can experience calm, centered, balanced, healthy minds, bodies and hearts.
