About Laurie

Laurie specializes in creating smart, well-rounded and effective fitness classes for free-spirited women. The flexibility of at-home, OnDemand workouts allows you to choose what you need on any given day, like strength, toning, endurance, flexibility and/or mobility. Her meditations are modern, accessible and fun, and designed to support you in active mental hygiene (yes, we need meditation as much as exercise), releasing physical and emotional stress, and building your spiritual toolbox. Balancing movement and stillness, effort and ease to create a more ‘whole’ wellness practice.
