Class descriptions

These proprietary classes have been developed by Laurie Gatto, with nearly two decades of expertise in leading movement.

Rooted

Strong foundations and expansive flow in a mat-based, grounding class.

Rooted is both a workout and a reset — designed to help you feel strong in body, steady in mind, and lighter in spirit. A re-alignment. A return to center. This practice blends the intelligence and grace of Pilates, the strength and shaping of barre, the length and wisdom of yoga, and the creativity of dance — all carried by music that moves you.

Every sequence is intentional and form-driven, with choreography that elevates your energy and helps you clear stagnation, tune out the noise, and drop inward. Expect to strengthen, stretch, and soften — and leave feeling more deeply rooted in yourself.

All levels welcome; modifications always offered. Optional props may include: Pilates ball, light handheld weights, ankle weights, resistance bands, and gliders.

Rise

Cardio, but better.

Rise is the sweatier, free-spirited sister to Rooted. It layers in energizing cardio bursts and plyometric sequences to boost circulation, encourage detoxification and move what feels stuck. This upbeat class isn’t about rigidity or pushing past what feels good. It’s sequenced with alignment, grounded in science, and fueled by music you actually want to move to — reminding you that movement and cardio can feel like joy. Unlike most cardio classes that deplete, Rise leaves you lighter, freer, and full of energy.

This is a challenging and faster-paced class, but modifications will always be offered, if needed. Props we may use: Pilates ball, light handheld weights, ankle weights, resistant bands, gliders.

Yoga

Grounded movement, steady breath, clear mind.

Yoga with Laurie is more than the postures — it’s an energetic reset disguised as vinyasa flow. Rooted in Vinyasa and Hatha, each class blends safe alignment, intentional sequencing, transitions you can trust, and a playlist that shapes the flow. Breath and meditation guide you inward, while quiet insights land where they’re needed. You’ll step away more clear, connected, and aligned.

All levels welcome; modifications always offered. Props we may use: yoga block and yoga straps.
