With the ever-changing requirements of in-studio mandates (often random and confusing), Omicron variant and flu season upon us, let’s just take it outside. Seriously. If this pandemic has taught me anything, it’s that we can’t control everything but we can do our best to make do with our present circumstances.
So! If you have a good backyard or a quiet outdoor space that you know is good meeting place, I will bring the music, my mic, and a smart, challenging fitness class. You choose the format (see below), we work out a day/time that works for your group of 3-12 ppl and we make it happen:
Mat-based Barre/Pilates (strengthen, lengthen, tone)
Vinyasa yoga (improve flexibility and mobility, open)
Move (sweat, sculpt, flush toxins, build endurance)
45 or 60 minute classes.
Currently, available in San Francisco, Marin, or Sonoma Valley at this time.
No hands-on adjustments at this time, but plenty of a cueing to individuals to perfect form and alignment. Modifications for injuries or pre/post natal. Please bring your own light handheld weights and/or ankle weights, and yoga mats. Learn more about my background here.
